The section which probably had most efect on me was "Twenty-five Fallacies That Lead Us to Believe Weird Things" - a list of common errors in logical thinking. But I would recommend the book to anyone who has not already read it.
I might move on to something by Randi, only having read a few articles I downloaded from his site. "FlimFlam" is quite an old publication now, I think, although I don't suppose some of the tricks he might describe will have changed much. But we now have the glories of Psychic TV and the internet , of course.
I wonder if anyone else can recommend a book they were impressed by - in relation to threads in the forum.
What about a "Recommended Reads" thread? (I hope I'm not suggesting something that already exists.)
