I was interviewed for over half an hour - they used 2 lines...
I used a lot of examples of how cold reading worked, an explanation of what cold reading was and peppered it with bits culled from the UKS forum itself (you can see it on the monitor briefly during the first bit with me), including "psychic" Sarah and Gary Mannion...
This is good exposure for UKS, but typical of how skeptics are used - we get 2 minutes right at the end, after the believers have been given the rest of a half hour programme to spout their views.

Unless you say something quite outrageous, the media considers explanation boring. Detailed explanation is only accepted on their terms (Jeremy Paxman) when trying to trip you up defending what is considered indefensible. Otherwise simply looking for a story to sell their adverts, sensible people only get on to meet govt requirements for apparent balance.
