I know the Entertainment Web Site 'Digital Spy' doesn't have a monopoly, but in one day two misleading headlines.

"French reveals 'Big Brother' Passion"

Well, of course I instantly thought 'Chris French'. He would be brilliant on Celebrity Big Brother - might even make me watch it. But oh no. It's Dawn French, with her autobiography to flog, they are talking about.

Then - breaking news!!!! Astounding!!!!

"Brown slams domestic abuse rumours"

Surely not - like him or loath him, Uncle Gordon would never raise a hand to the lovely Sarah. In deep shock I click the link. No, it isn't the PM. It is Bobby Brown, with an autobiography to flog, denying he was ever violent to Whitney Houston.

OK, the Chris/Dawn confusion I can forgive and forget - probably more my fault.

But on a UK site - the most famous 'Brown' has to be Gordy. Not some has been ex-boy band member.

Deliberately misleading? Or an example of our celebrity & money culture?
