I've taken screen caps of every page of his site just in case he's tempted to do a bit of selective editing...
"If I get rid of the cancer and the person decides they don’t want treatment any more either they’re too busy, or they’re too mean with their money, or they just think they know better the cancer often comes back. And if it comes back, I can’t get rid of it a second time. My healing doesn’t work a second time."

Yes you are quite right ! I know several people, including myself, who have used his services and came out poorer and no better for them. They usually get told they need a 6 week course of treatment. Never met anyone who has used him and was able to back up his claims. Yet he is claiming a phenominal sucsess rate. I seriously worry about sick desperate and vulnerable people being taken in by all of this. This man in the absence of letters after his name is even bold enough to suggest that conventional treatment for cancer may slow down his own healing process, what a dangerous way to practice I hope he has managed to find someone to insure his practice ? maybe the GMC would do something about it ?

I'm writing an article about Mr Pengelly for BadPsychics - whereabouts on his site does he make this statement?

"Of course, that is no problem at all. In general Adrian is happy to work with people having conventional medical treatment. However, it can sometimes slow his work and chemotherapy certainly affects his sensitivity so that he may not be able to sense your energy as deeply as usual. But many hundreds of people have been successfully treated while also having medical treatment. Contact Adrian directly to discuss this further."

Julia has posted a substantial article on Mr Pengelly on BP.

It appears to be really quite good.

I've downloaded a complete mirror of the site - 80MB, of which 66MB is a lecture audio file - in case we need evidence of what is there today rather than after it gets modified.

Could they not claim that the copy you have could have been doctored in some way?

I suppose they could. I don't see how that could be avoided - any web site could be forged from scratch if necessary.

    Exclamation Re: Astonishing claims

The claims he makes are absolutely DIABOLICAL and quite frankly, he constantly contradicts himself in terms of PROOF, especially when hes trying to argue his case.

Without saying too much, i know things about him that would turn your hair blue. And anyone recieving "healing" running for the hills (No punn intended)

<H6>Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966</H6><H6>2F. Treatment of Animals by Non-Veterinary Surgeons</H6>

    1. The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 (Section 19) provides, subject to a number of exceptions, that only registered members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons may practise veterinary surgery. 'Veterinary surgery' is defined within the Act as encompassing the 'art and science of veterinary surgery and medicine' which includes the diagnosis of diseases and injuries in animals, tests performed on animals for diagnostic purposes, advice based upon a diagnosis and surgical operations which may not necessarily form part of a treatment. These restrictions are in the interests of ensuring that animals are treated only by people qualified to do so.
    2. A veterinary surgeon must be aware of the exceptions which allow non-veterinary surgeons to treat animals, in particular:
    Veterinary students
    Veterinary nurses
    Farriers
    Physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors
    Other complementary therapists
    Faith healing
    Animal behaviourism
    Pathology

    Faith healing

    18. Faith healers are required in terms of the Code of Practice of the Confederation of Healing Organisations, to ensure that animals have been seen by a veterinary surgeon who is content for healing to be given by the laying on of hands.

(Mr Pengelly claims no faith is needed so he's obviously not falling into this category !) Energy healing and psychic healing are not an exception to the RCVS rules either ! even if he is "quicker, cheaper and more effective in his diagnosis"

Will also point out at this stage, Michael Holt is the childrens puzzlebook writer Julia found in her search, he is an elderly gentleman (who may even no longer be with us) living in the village of Whitbourne on the Hereford/Worcestershire borders. He was once interviewed by my good friend John Hayward Warburton for the local BBC radio. He is not a scientist and never has been.

I would feel distinctly sick if I felt this was because he knows that stopping a treatment may make you feel better. Then he can attribute it to his magic powers.
Mousse from a bowl is very nice, but to put it on a person is demented!

    Re: Astonishing claims

He is found on another website and it looks like he can claim to be a medium too? Its on a site called Haunted Hereford. So as well as being a miracle worker he can talk to the deceased too. Just found him on google. Apparently according to the pg he is "very good" Next he will claim to be faster than a speeding bullet. On the note of speed it appears this man has a title and is a Sir and does bike racing. I wonder if he literally flies around the track with his amazing gifts and I wonder if he was knighted for his "free" work and for being so kind to walk and sqwark with the animals? Free work? Yeah right!
