Hey! it's after twelve...
Interested to see that Jon has sold BP to Derek and Gwen Johnson. Strangely same first names as Acorah and his missus! Be interesting to see if it disappears. Certainly has beena serious thorn in the side of them and others.
Watch this space, as they say.
Personally would like to say a big thank you to Jon for BP. May not always have been in tune with pure skepticism but a great effort at exposing the frauds and charlatans, and he has put in a lot of time. Think there is room for a replacement if it does go.....................?

Hey! it's after twelve...
I'm not all that bothered, frankly, as having just received £3,000,000 from a Nigerian prince I'll have better things to do with my time than post on sceptical websites....
"If I get rid of the cancer and the person decides they don’t want treatment any more ‐ either they’re too busy, or they’re too mean with their money, or they just think they know better ‐ the cancer often comes back. And if it comes back, I can’t get rid of it a second time. My healing doesn’t work a second time."

Be skeptical of the things you believe are false, but be very skeptical of the things you believe are true.

Didn't even need to read this to see it was a joke. Who would want to buy Bad Psychics?
who would want to buy any sceptical website unless they had an interesting domain name? truth doesnt sell well, we all know that. Lies have prettier packaging.
De omnibus dubitandum
On 1 April I posted on Facebook:
[Jack of Kent] has been appointed legal adviser to FIRST STONE, a new campaigning Evangelical pressure group wanting to bring legal action against secular and atheist publications and broadcasts. He needs to decide by 12 noon whether to take this interesting job. Any views?
A few early people fell for this and expressed concern, though by mid-morning people had realised.
After noon, I followed it with:
[Jack of Kent] can assure you he will NOT be taking up this April Fools's appointment as legal adviser to the militant Christian campaigning group FIRST STONE. This is not least because such a group surely couldn't exist, requiring its members to first be without sin...
All good fun![]()
