Is Kazakhstan the 'Seat of Satan'?

I've come across a lot of ridiculous conspiracies and ridiculous storytelling about Kazakhstan and its capital, Astana - namely, that the country is the seat of the antichrist himself, and that the city is built by the Illuminati in order to serve the one world government of the NWO. It's actually quite amusing. I was wondering whether others had heard of this and what people's thoughts are - I've explained what I have found in a blog but as a new member I am not allowed to post links, so if you search "Is Kazakhstan the "Seat of Satan"? No. Grow Up." in Google you'll find me. I seem to have annoyed a few conspiracy theorists through comments I have posted around the Internet - I wondered if you'd like to join me?
