    Logical fallacy record

People are always getting into the record books with unlikely and pointless new records. Does anyone know if the following has been attempted?

It is, highest number of logical fallacies in an argument of no more than 1000 words. Using the same fallacy more than once would be allowed, provided it expresses a completely different idea.

I nominate the first 1000 words of any Bible, or indeed any 1000 consecutive words of any Bible

We have a few posters on this very forum who seem to be attempting this on a regular basis.
You know who you are (or maybe you don't but everyone else does).

Does stupidity count as a logical fallacy?

    now where is highflyertoo...

now if dead links to depeche mode videos on youtube being used as "evidence" counts as a logical fallacy, it would have to be david mabus for sure

I have a new contender for the logical fallacy record:

Read The Dissertation of Kent Hovind in all its mind weeping glory

ETA: For your sanity it is probably best read in small doses or no more than two letters at a time. If you find yourself unable to stomach the stupid then a review can be found here

    Re: Logical fallacy record

The winner would probably be one of the Creationists like Hovind, Hamm or Ray "Bananaman" Comfort.

Comfort and Cameron's "An Atheist's Worst Nightmare" video is probably going to win the Award for Most Logical Fallacies On One YouTube Video.

Mabus seems to be too batshit crazy to get as far up the ladder as logical fallacies. What I've seen is mainly just insane threats and abuse.

I'd never heard of Kent, I was happier for it! Five pages of that drivel was more then enough (the review was quite funny though!).

His creationist seminars stand up comedies on youtube are quite staggeringly stupid. It really does burn.

    Re: Logical fallacy record

Perhaps a little off topic but I just bought a pack of batteries which had "4 extra batteries free". Within hours my son had helped himself and when I said to him "are you going to pay for those" he said "I've only taken the free ones". Now what's worse, his logical fallacy or the fact that I fell for it? Priceless
