It certainly seems so! It looks very good indeed so far.
I hope you'll soon fix the glitch that takes me to the home page when I click on the links to threads I receive email alerts for.

The speech marks for reply with quote look like a little pair of eyes! But... but.... Who stole christmas?
Wiuth those huge 'envelope' icons, it looks like it was designed for people with poor eyesight (or people who like big simple pictures). But then the font looks small! Where is that REALLYT USEFUL bit that shows you the latest posts on all threads in one simple screen shot? So far, I'm not impressed ...
Do you mean "new posts"? It's top left, under the Main UKS logo, then the tabs for Home/Forum/Blogs etc. Next line down, first item is "new posts".Originally Posted by Harryprice

I suspect we'll all like it a lot more when we get used to it and find the useful new features (which I assume do exist!).
I need to get used to the colours - I'm feeling it's a little washed out and weak looking at present. Maybe something to think about once you've got the main work done, as the colours don't really stand out for me. I should add I'm the least creative/arty-minded person going though

Are searches working? I just put in a search for "skeptic" which I thought might find something and it didn't.
Perhaps we could have a brief list on enhancements and where they are, please?
TBH, I haven't done much with the forum configuration yet. I've spent most of the time doing the main site.
And I haven't too much idea about the blogging system either. Yet!
I agree that the colouring is a bit anaemic so I'll see if I can improve that soon.
As for the plug-ins (the Will Robinson etc.), they don't seem to work with this new version. I expect that the plug ins will be updated soon though. Thankfully, I don't use many of them.
Overall though, I think this is a really good system for integrating the whole website. There are still new features to come; although they will probably be of more interest to me as webmaster.
Don't knock it till you've tried it - and till I've finished with it!!!
